Buyers

We represent national and international buyers acquiring homes, commercial assets, hotels, development land and investment opportunities on La Palma.

What is included

Identification and selection of opportunities matched to each investor profile.
Access to exclusive assets and off-market opportunities.
Organisation and coordination of viewings.
Preliminary viability and asset-potential analysis.
Negotiation with the seller.
Coordination with lawyers, architects, technical experts and tax advisors.
End-to-end support through to signing before the notary.
Post-acquisition assistance whenever required.

Buyer's fee

3% of the agreed purchase price + IGIC (7%).

Sellers

We advise owners, developers and investors on the sale of residential, commercial and tourism assets, with a focus on maximising asset value and reaching qualified national and international buyers.

Seller's fee
